If you're not happy with your product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. No questions asked, no hassle.

Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Opened and partially used products are still eligible under our 30-day guarantee
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email trycryovault@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
